In some cases our phone may be used by others. They sometimes open first Gallery Gallery APP. If we have our personal photos or videos then they will see it. In such cases, we need to hide them. Here is a solution to that. We use the app called ES File Explorer for this purpose. It is not just a locker but a file explorer. It has more options than File Explorer on our phone. That's why this app is used.

* I understand that keeping your personal photos and videos on the phone is very dangerous. Because when the phone gets lost, anti-social users are more likely to misuse it.
STEP 01
Open gallery Es file explorer.
STEP 02
This is the ES file explorer. It has more options than the standard file manager.
Here we need to move the files we want to hide into a folder. The folder must be created in such a way that this folder is not visible in the gallery. We will create a hidden folder here because the files in the hidden folders will not be displayed in the gallery.
Since the folder we are creating is a hidden folder, we need to see the folder after creation, but only move our files to it. firstly we want to show hidden file. for that Swipe to the left to do that
STEP 03
Now you can see there lots of options. scroll down. then you can see show hidden folder
tap on this. now you enabled showing hidden files
and go to home

External Storage and Internal Storage will be displayed in this window. I don't use external storage, so you can't see it here.
If the file you want to hide is in internal storage/ external storage open it

Open the folder that contains the file you want to hide.

press and hold on the file and Tap on more Icon

Now you can see more options. select move . to hide hide the f

This is actually your storage space. And the folders in it. We need to create a folder for hiding our file. Tap on the folder icon with the plus.
STEP 07
This step is very important.
Creating a hidden folder is very easy.
You just need to put the dot (.) Before the name in the folder name. eg:.video
Name the folder and select ok

Select and open you created folder.

Now you entered the folder. tap on ok to move the file into the folder..
After moving the file, go to storage. here you can see you created folder like transparent. open the folder, you can see your file in the folder.
and please check in your gallery. you can't see the file anywhere.

But you can see the folder in the file manager. if you want to hide
swipe from left > disable showing hidden file
